To deliver control and automation activities in alignment with project delivery business plan.
• Degree in Control and Automation or other Engineering degrees.• Minimum 4 years in oil & gas Experience.• Good communicator with experience in leading small teams.
• Build and maintain goal zero HSE culture within the team.• Comply to PDO standards in execution of business activities.• Capture and apply internal and external learnings, including HSE improvements.• Conduct assurance activities on projects to ensure compliance to HSE and technical integrity. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and seek optimizations opportunities. • Support digitization initiatives to improve project execution and delivery. • Provide effective interfaces and relationships within/between disciplines, and peers in other teams.• Ensure actions for major audits are timely and properly closed. • Assist construction lead in project execution activities.• Support resolve projects technical issues throughout construction, commissioning and start-up.• Deliver continuously improving performance, benchmarked as top tier in the industry.• Deliver Control and Automation scope within projects including field instrumentations, BPCS, IPS, F&G.• Carry out the scope up to mechanical completion of instrumentation activities including inspection, calibration, testing, installation and final acceptance.• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with projects. • Report to design engineers technical issues and assist in closing them at site level.• Support construction contractors in planning, acquire permits, carrying out preliminary surveys and completing activities within projects.• Assist construction lead in managing HSE activities, monitor of contract execution, and support maintenance and production.• Provide support to other disciplines to improve project execution schedule.
