الوصف الوظيفي
• Ensure compliance with best industry HSE standards and specifications including camp hygiene
• Ensure safety and welfare of staff and contractors in CCED camps
• Actively lead and promote a positive safety culture
• Lead a team of professional logistics, road transport, inventory, warehousing, waste management, camp, and facilities management personnel
• Own respective CCED standards and procedures and undertake regular assurance activities to drive compliance
• Own and accountable for agreeing and managing annual budgets for logistics, road transport, inventory, warehousing, camp, and facilities management
• Owner and contract holder for logistics, road transport, inventory, warehousing, camp, and facilities management contracts
• Conduct regular performance reviews to maximize contract performance including HSE
• Refresh and update strategies when contracts are due for renewal to keep up with industry trends and leading best practices
• Conduct bi-annual staff appraisal and provide regular coaching to enhance individual and collective team performance
• Provide good governance and establish leading and lagging KPI’s for effective monthly performance reporting
• Integrate services into daily, weekly and longer-term field planning activities
المهارات المطلوبة
• Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics Management or similar approved preferred
• Equivalent diploma qualification in suitable discipline acceptable with extensive proven experience in-lieu of higher academic qualification
• Active member of Oman Logistics Association/ Chartered Institute of Logistics in Oman preferred
• Proven track record with no less than 15 years’ relevant field logistics experience in the oil industry
• High energy individual with a "can do" attitude able to lead by influence
• Self-starter, good listener, with proven leadership skills, team player, and comfortable working under pressure
• Able to lead a multidiscipline team of internal/external technical experts and establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and officials
• Fluent in English language (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively interact with multiple levels and functions within CCED
• Proven experience using ERP systems
• Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of international logistics practice, managing remote camps, and fleet management
• Proven experience of upstream land operations providing logistics and operations field support
• Technical knowledge of oil industry standards and practices including standards in Oman and GCC
• Good decision-making skills
• Proven experience using statistical analysis and other data treatment methods to analysis information and develop practical solutions to business problems
• Proven experience developing and implementing strategic plans to reach company goals
• Demonstration of management characteristics, skills, and expertise to manage and work with multiskilled, multicultural, multidiscipline teams
• Proven experience developing standards and procedures
