Responsibilities includes below as minimum but not necessarily limited to them only:
• Deliver feasibility, conceptual, and optimization studies for both greenfield and brownfield facilities.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of Field Development Plans, incorporating gathering, injection, export, and disposal solutions.
• Drive early-stage project evaluations, including economic analysis, lifecycle cost assessments to support decision-making.
• Prepare, review, and approve concept and process engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry codes, and company standards.
• Maintain process and hydraulic simulation models to support facility design, troubleshooting, and operational optimization.
• Review vendor and third-party documents, including technical specifications, datasheets, drawings, and engineering calculations.
• Execute and coordinate concept and process engineering activities across all project phases, ensuring deliverables are met in line with project schedule and quality expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and interface management across engineering disciplines, ensuring alignment with project and construction teams.
• Actively participate in design reviews, project meetings, and risk assessments
• Ownership of developing process and concept scope of work and provide technical input (where relevant) for tender packages , field development plans and projects.
• Oversee performance of engineering consultants and contractors to ensure technical excellence and adherence to HSE and engineering standards.

• Review, assess, and support the implementation of Field Change Proposals (FCPs).
• Coach Fresh concept and Process Engineers.
• Adhere to all HSE standards and specification
المهارات المطلوبة
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Process / Chemical Engineering or a related discipline. Master is a preference.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 5 years in process engineering and 5 years in concept engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in scouting, feasibility assessments, and the development of concept studies. Additionally, should have direct experience in the execution of FEED and detailed engineering for upstream oil and gas projects.
• Solid understanding of relevant international codes and design standards applicable to oil and gas facilities.
• Hands on experience in software such as UNISIM and PIPESIM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and functions.
• Proven ability to contribute to and support development projects, with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
