الوصف الوظيفي

1. Competency Assurance Program Champion
- Serve as the internal coordinator and champion for the Competency Assurance Management System (CAMS) implementation.
- Support system configuration, testing, and rollout across departments.
- Coordinate with departmental Competency Focal Points to ensure accurate competency mapping and assessment workflows.
- Provide first-level technical and administrative support for competency management processes.
- Assist in maintaining competency profiles, job competency standards, and development pathways.
2. Competency Data Management & Analytics
- Maintain competency data, employee profiles, and assessment records within the competency management system.
- Develop dashboards tracking workforce capability indicators including competency coverage, assessment completion rates, skill gap analysis, and development plan progress.
- Support leadership reporting on workforce capability trends and competence risks.
- Assist in identifying critical competency gaps impacting operational performance.
3. Training & Workforce Analytics
- Develop and maintain training and capability dashboards tracking participation rates, completion rates, certification validity, and time-to-competence.
- Support competency analytics by linking training outcomes to capability development.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and workforce readiness indicators.
4. Systems Coordination & Integration
- Coordinate with LMS administrators, HRIS teams, and competency assurance stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and integration between systems.
- Support alignment between competency frameworks, training records, and career pathways.
- Assist in preparing competency and training data for internal audits and governance reviews.
5. AI-Enabled Competency Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Support exploration of AI-enabled tools for competency trend analysis, workforce capability forecasting, and predictive skills gap identification.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of competency frameworks and reporting methodologies.
- Assist in linking competency analytics to operational performance and safety indicators.

المهارات المطلوبة

Bachelor’s degree (or recent Post Graduate qualification) in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Analytics

- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of competency management or HR systems
- Familiarity with LMS or enterprise HR platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Foundational understanding of AI / machine learning concepts
- Structured data management and reporting skills.
