الوصف الوظيفي

- Ensure that project specific HSE Plan activities are under compliance
- Provide a high standard personal example of commitment to HSE.
- Ensure that hazards/environmental aspects are identified, risks/environmental impacts assessed and controls established
- Ensure that all legal requirements are under compliance
- Follow all safety, fire health and environmental policies of the Company at all times.
- Direct and Lead overall well and reservoir management activities in an asset
- Clear objective setting, priorities and allocate workload and delegate responsibility based on expertise and resource availability.
- Provide subsurface support to daily operations
- Ensure adequate production monitoring is in place, that the reservoirs are appropriately managed.
- Plan and direct the routine surveillance of wells (producers and injectors) in assigned fields and participates in the monitoring of relevant production data to identify production stimulation and optimization opportunities
- Ensure team delivers/Support on critical Well and Reservoir Management activities: • Production/injection logging, chemical conformance treatment (WSO) & stimulation treatments
• Water flood monitoring and management
• Chemical Tracer programs
• Well test Analyses (RST's, BUS and FOS)
• Workovers, Completion and stimulation design of horizontal wells
• Well and reservoir modelling validation (IPM).
• Reservoir management studies based on static and dynamic reservoir models (constructed by the field development team) for conformance management and development optimisation
• Reserves and Production Forecasting
- Support any development studies of new technology, waterflood, and enhanced oil recovery projects as well as involvement in their implementation, management & optimisation

المهارات المطلوبة

Minimum Academic Qualifications:
- BSc in Petroleum Engineering or relevant engineering is essential.
Minimum Work Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in upstream oil and gas industry of which 8 years should have been spent in Petroleum Engineering. Reservoir Engineering discipline is preferred.
- Sound experience in well & reservoir management of water flooded fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary and multi ethnic teams.
