الوصف الوظيفي

- Responsible for managing projects and projectsinterfaceswithintheEngineering Department and with other external andOperation Departments.
- Sets detailed project schedules and coordinatestheactivitiesofexternal contractors and internal resources to bestmeetscheduleandexpenditure objectives.
- Sets detailed project schedules and coordinatestheactivitiesforthe projects’ completion and ensure allrequiredmeasures areinplace to commence the commissioning and hand-over processes.
- Coordinate the projects close-outinterfaceincludinghand-over,documentation, as-building and asset registry.
- Ensure that Projects objective are aligned withtheOperationTeamsand close out any possible gaps.
- Planning and managing of budgets related to the related projects.
- Coordinate the design process and design deliverables and ensure quality.
- Maintain transparent records, feedbacks and reportsontheProjectsstatus thoroughly, and closure of projects.
- Manage Annual Plans/expenditures related to thebudgetandtheworkloads and execution of the assigned projects.
- Drive the QHSE and Quality aspects during theProjectsexecutionandensure the compliance during the life circle oftheprojectdeliveryincluding the Introduction of Hydrocarbon.
- Ensure Project Phases and activities are aligned withtheOperation teams.
- Ensure Interface coordination
- Understand the hazards and associated projectsriskstaskinvolvedand implement controls in consultation with line supervisor.

المهارات المطلوبة

Minimum Academic Qualifications:
- Bsc Degree in Project, Process or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum Work experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably 5 years in Upstream Oil and Gas industry.
- Good knowledge of Design, Design deliverables, Procurement and Contracting, Construction, Commissioning, Handover, close-out, Asset Registry and As-Builting.
- Knowledge of materials selection and equipment specifications, vendors and suppliers.
