الوصف الوظيفي
- Prepare and award work packages under thevariousWorkExecutionCategories directly to the ConstructionServicecontractor,flowlinesServices Contractors and Engineering Service Contractor.
- Review and evaluate the cost estimates of each workpackageinlinewith the Contracts Schedules of Rates and the ContractsTerms and Conditions.
- Manage and monitor the Contracts commercialandcontractualaspectsand ensure that issued work packages areinaccordance to the Contracts.
- Interface adequately with the Work PackageRequesters/Userintermof planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting,monthlyworkprogress,work completion, delays and priorities.
- Coordinate with the Engineering Contact andSCM(SupplyChainManagement) team for the Contractual, commercials,disputes, claims.
- Coordinate the planning, estimates, VOWD (ValueofWorkDone),budgets, finance and invoicing.
- List of Job Orders disputedincludingContractor’svaluation,Companies Valuation, dispute andreason fordispute and worktowardresolving all outstanding issues.
- Sets detailed work package planning andcoordinatestheactivitiesof external contractors and internal resourcesto bestmeetschedule andexpenditure objectives.
- Ensure availability of budgets related to the related projects
- Full understanding of work packages scope,technicalaspectsfromDesign, procurement to execution, completionandclose-outsincludingaccurate documentation of each completed stages.
- Managing contracts, by acting as contract holder during project execution.
- Maintain transparent records, feedbacks and reportsontheProjectsstatus thoroughly until closure of Projects.
- Manage Annual Plans/expenditures related to theContractACVbudgetand the workloads and execution of the assigned projects.
- Drive the QHSSE and Quality aspects duringtheProjectsexecutionand ensure the compliance during the life circle oftheprojectdeliveryincluding the Introduction of Hydrocarbon.
- Ensure the implementation of the mostcosteffectivecontractingstrategy, generation of tender documentsandinitiation ofthe technicaltendering process for constructionandmaterialsprocurement,Co-ordination of technical procurement and construction
- Understand the hazards and associated projectsriskstaskinvolvedand implement controls in consultation with line supervisor.
المهارات المطلوبة
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
- Bsc Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum Work experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably 5 years in Upstream Oil and Gas industry
- Good Knowledge of Commercials and Contractual aspects of Contracts including Schedule of Rates.
- Good knowledge of Projects Technical details and Contract Management including Design deliverables, Procurement and Contracting, Construction and final completion.
