الوصف الوظيفي

• Maintain an up-to-date performance monitoring data including status of Proactive and Reactive Indicators.
• The custodian-ship of the incident reporting and investigation procedure .maintain, update and ensure compliance with the same
• Provide incident investigation data analysis supports. Extract learning from Incidents / near misses for company cross sharing and ensure quality implementation
• Communicate the up-to-date procedure and guide across the organization and ensure full awareness of its purpose and use
• Provide professional support in the incident investigation information analysis (eg: Tripod Beta/ICAM /equivalent).
• Provide professional inputs in to the training material of the incident information analysis tools (Tripod Beta/ICAM/equivalent).
• Coordinate the management Incident review session (MDIRC), carry out quality checks of the review material and ensure in line with the procedure.
• HSE Data management through INTELEX System, ensure all data on PREMO , Inspections, Action Tracking, Contractors HSE Statistics are uploaded timely and follow up with Line for closure.
• Participate as necessary in other incident review at Directorate level and provide necessary steer in line with the procedure
• Maintain list of high potential and fatal incidents and related actions and track action closures with action parties with the aim of timely closing and verify for quality closing.
• Coordinate the preparation of serious incidents presentation by MD and track resulting actions with action parties
• Carry out monthly analysis of incidents with the objective of establishing common concerns for cross company sharing
• Draft notifications of incidents for respective incident directorate/owners
• Carry out quarterly sample of incidents and root causes and near misses with the aim of correlating between near misses and incidents for cross company sharing to enhance the use of the near misses data as pro-active measure.
• Managing HSE performance for TRCs.
• Carry out yearly analysis of HiPo incidents with the objective of establishing common concerns for cross company sharing
• Act As rapid response resource to support teams on the on-scene investigations. For work related Non accidental

المهارات المطلوبة

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Process & Operation) preferably with a Diploma in Oil & Gas
• Minimum 5 -7 years’ of experience in Oil and Gas operations with minimum 2 years’ experience in Incident Investigation
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Practitioner in incident reporting, investigation and data analysis.
• Good understanding of HSE management system.
• Personal skills to interact with senior management in the Company and obtain their support for proposals
