الوصف الوظيفي
• Directs the Supply Chain functions of Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Warehousing and Transportation.
• Is the primary contact with various functions in CCED, working to coordinate all related services and materials logistics and trials.
• Works as a communication liaison between CCED head office, Fields, and concerned functions, and related supply bodies in proactively communicating and resolving service issues and/or meeting business needs.
• Responsible for a distribution strategy in support of achieving best quality levels with a minimum investment in inventories and at the lowest possible cost.
• Oversees the purchasing function in all areas by assuring continuous supply and optimizing procurement to minimize total costs.
• Oversees inventory of all materials and managing risk of obsolescence versus supply shortage.
• Develop and implement policy, procedural, principle, guideline and desk top manuals for all supply chain activity and divisions.
• Process map all divisional activity for an intended ERP system and ensure seamless integration with finance and document control.
• Introduce Model, Master Service / Supply and Draw Down Agreements.
• Directs all distribution and logistics activities at the plant and dedicated off-site warehouses including managing labor costs and productivity, inventory levels and accuracy, and stocking strategies.
• Maintain controls and procedures to ensure optimum use of warehouse locator system to maintain order accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversees the traffic function and take appropriate action to ensure that carriers meet requirements.
• Prepares budgets and control costs within established standards.
• May mentor and train less experienced professionals.
• Have a general understanding of the business case and an appreciation of financial/analytical issues.
المهارات المطلوبة
Educational Qualification & Minimum years of Experience
• Degree educated or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) desirable.
• At least 15 to 20 years’ experience.
• Previous experience working as a Supply Chain Manager / Contracts Manager / Commercial Manager / Commercial Specialist in a previous role
• Experience in a Supply / Contracts / Commercial role with a company operating in the energy sector (operator, contractor, or supplier), or heavy construction / civil engineering sectors - desirable
• Use of independent judgement and creativity applied to resolution of contract issues
• Excellent internal and external negotiation skills

• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
• A basic appreciation of the complexities of industrial contracting and associated risks and opportunities
• A commercially attuned and energetic personality
• A great sense of accuracy
