الوصف الوظيفي

• Effectively implement the instrumentation & Control Training & Development, Competency Assessment and Assurance programs, in line with company policy and conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
• Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques.
• Map out training plans, design and develop training programs(outsourced or in-house) for Field employees.
• Choose appropriate training methods per case.
• Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
• Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
• Identify Skills Gaps (both in Underpinning Knowledge and on job competency).
• Submit Performance indicators regularly to indicates the competency levels and the development programs required.
• Identify the development program based on the job requirement and continues development of the field.
• Coordinate with HR training focal point to select the suitable course contents with respective facilitator/course instructor.
• Provide technical advice and support to the production team.
• Advice and support instrumentation & Control discipline in finding new ideas to overcome Facility Issues.
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.

المهارات المطلوبة

Job Requirements
• BSc in an Engineering Discipline with 12 years’ experience in instrumentation & Control or diploma with 15 years of experience.
