Develop technical specification, review and approve design, Manage vendors, Manage security electrical scope.

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (BSc Eng. or equivalent). The candidate must have at least 7 years of appropriate and relevant Oil & Gas Industry experience covering the main aspects of the civil discipline. Conversant with all relevant international and Group procedures and standards. Sound knowledge of the latest technology developments is required along with a willingness to initiate and drive this new technology throughout PDO. Certified at least with TA2 in Civil as per the Company Technical Authorities guideline. Experience of working with an EPC environment. Team player, acting as a champion to break new grounds and self-motivated. Ability to manage the relationship with key stakeholders. Proven track record of result deliveries in challenging project environments.
