Deliver Petrophysics contribution to a wide range of Quantitative Interpretation (QI) projects for the Exploration and Development Assets. The projects include for example seismic inversion, petrophysical evaluation, structural framework analysis, seismic modeling, volume interpretation, 3D visualization and image processing, Contributing to a working environment where technical and operational excellence are key to success Coach of Geophysics staff on Petrophysics. Stimulate and implement value-adding technologies and new ways of working that lead to significant improvements in subsurface understanding and have business impact Provide expert petrophysical advice. Provide expert QI advice to Petrophysics staff. Dimensions The Quantitative Interpretation (QI) team is staffed with some 10 geoscientists and provides a wide range of quantitative interpretation services to the E&P business in PDO. The team executes in the order of 20 exploration and development related reservoir geophysics projects per annum. High quality integrated results ensure continued demand for the geophysical services. The job provides the opportunity for a creative petrophysicist who wishes to make a strong technical contribution within the reservoir geophysics team and the geophysics department

Academic degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Physics or in one of the other Sciences. Experience in Petrophysics of 5 years for which at least 2 years in QI Petrophysics Experience in Geology and Geophysics are at an advantage Ability to think interpretatively and independently. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and high workloads in a dynamic and high exposure environment Effective inter-personal, communication, team-player and customer interaction skills are essential A passion for Petrophysics and a strong interest in the integration of petrophysical results with the other disciplines Self-motivated
