The Contract Holder is the single point responsible and accountable for the management and execution of all aspects of the Contract to ensure products and services quality delivered on time and in the most safe and efficient manner and as per the contract T&C's. Generally represent company with respect to the Contract.

University degree in contracting or engineering degree as a preference or equivalent technical subject with +7 years' experience in oil& gas industry Good knowledge in artificial lift field with good all around knowledge of field operations. Effective communication skills with customer, stakeholders & contractors Good team player to manage the dynamic RP operation o Manage Contract to ensure all requirements are being fulfilled as per the Contract. o Ensure/approve all financial service entries are as per the contract o Ensure all contractor key staff has full knowledge of responsibilities. o Lead all periodical reviews of the contract management and execution with the Contract Owner, asset and company management. o Lead investigations at both coastal and field location associated with HSE incidents and accidents, and present results to the Contract owner and company management. o Lead any audit of the Contract and Contractor's Facility at coast or field. o Ensure that, the Contract data is in the proper database ( SAP, PIM, ICV, RABITAH,….) Oversee the management of any disputes & claims Lead the contract periodic reviews with MTBC Oversee the management of the Contract close out.
