In response to the changing learning landscape, with more online learning, tools and conversation platforms that can support more cost effective learnings, the Digital Learning Advisor is a new and exciting role in the Learning and Development team that is responsible for the delivery digital learning offerings. The role also involves strong stakeholder and change management to enable this transition This position will work closely with the other members of the L&D team, IT experts, disciplines heads/experts and employees.

* Graduate BSc in IT, Business administration, HR or releavant * Minimum 10 years of HR/training experience with at least 5 years as a specialist in digitalization and analytics
