الوصف الوظيفي
• Support the development and implementation of the Occupational Health strategy and vision, which ensures optimum health care.
• Organizing and participation of pre-employment/ re-deployment health assessments and health surveillance programs for staff identified by risk assessment.
• Participating in development and/or review of occupational health related subjects in documents like chemical management, ionizing radiation, fitness to work, etc.
• Working with external stakeholder and communicate with Ministry, governmental agencies and health institutions.
• Collate and disseminate management information on the health status of the workforce and utilization of services.
• Conducting Health Risk Assessment for different activities and supporting the business in the management of fitness for work/task through health assessments, and health risk management programs (including health surveillance, drugs and alcohol, ergonomics and fatigue management, travel health, infection control and disease prevention, emergency medical response, etc
• Provide consultancy for potential occupational illnesses and injuries, including appropriate monitoring and reporting.
• Compile correspondence and reports to managers, external agencies and/or external health programs as required. Provide reporting of statistical data and health metrics as required
• Conduct site OH visits and review hygiene in workplaces and accommodation
• Support other medical / OH personnel (e.g. site medics) in their roles as required
• Establish, manage, monitor and evaluate occupational health service contracts as per company procurement standards.
• Promote workplace health and well-being and provide strategic input to the Wellness program where applicable.
• Carry out group training sessions on a variety of topics i.e. Stress and health & safety topics
المهارات المطلوبة
• Minimum academic qualification:
• Qualified Health Professional, with Occupational Health Diploma or equivalent Experience:
• Has at least 4 years of professional experience working in occupational health
