الوصف الوظيفي

• Ensure that all wells and facilities streams, test and deferment are updated in the AVM system
• Monitor and control the operation of production/separation, water injection and gas production to meet the daily production targets.
• Respond to alarms and signals to spot any malfunction in operating facilities via DCS and SCADA applications.
• Carry the preparation of oil and gas equipment for routine, break down and planned maintenance activities as per established procedures.
• Daily follow up with maintenance personnel and operation planner to ensure progress of maintenance activities in production facilities and wells ensuring that all defects are captured and raised in  CMMS system.
• Trouble-shoot operation problems and reports major problems and emergencies to production supervisor with proposed solutions.
• Ensure that all issues, equipment logs and important documents are well maintained in the stations and up to date. (Hard and Soft copies).
• Ensure fiscal metering of hydrocarbon systems is in line with company procedure
• Monitor/control hydrocarbon flows and plant conditions, reports malfunctions and makes recommendations on/carries out necessary adjustments.
• Prepare plant/equipment for maintenance work, undertake re-commissioning/re-start activities
• Ensure field and plant flows are maintained to platform requirements and specifications

• Control and monitor plant operations, identify abnormal situations and take appropriate actions.
• Maintain awareness of production targets and ensure these are met.
   Undertake first-line maintenance, as required.
• Assist in the commissioning and start-up of plant and equipment.
• Safely recover plant from shut down situations to minimize production losses
• Ensure all production reporting requirements are verified and quality checked. 
   Undertake dedicated emergency response duties
• Train and mentors and operators
• Review the operation procedures and come up with recommendation
• Carry out well handover for hoist and Rigs for well intervention activities.
• Manage the well test operation and quality.
• Overlook all facilities in Daleel in term of safe operation
• Participate in design reviews and HAZOP

المهارات المطلوبة

Minimum Academic Qualifications:
Diploma in Engineering or Oil & Gas or equivalent
Minimum Work experience:
10 +  years’ experience in the Production Operations including troubleshooting and control Room Operations
