Central Processing Facility (CPF) Phase I/II  - Facilities Tie-in Develop the 2020 CPF tie-in execution plan for Ghazeer, with the aim of optimising the business value by: Minimizing production impact to Phase I
Minimizing EPC project execution risk (contractual & Technical)
Coordinating with the Project & Operations teams to align tie-in execution with EPC schedule
Developing a case for the above to secure approval of MoG Technical Sub-Committee (TSC) for the plan
  Project General Manager (PGM) and Project Performance:   Assist the PGM in day to day PM responsibilities across HSE, people and project interfaces, giving advance warning of project critical risks and areas requiring intervention
  Ensure that Ghazeer project teams in all locations (project management, engineering, HSSE, construction, operations, commissioning and quality) are aligned and coordinated in support of the delivery plan.
  Ensure that BP project management processes are in place and functioning, including internal assurance and reporting, regulatory compliance and BP and MoG reporting requirements.
  Act as project SPA for the Ghazeer project interface plan. Ensure interface procedure is implemented rigorously and that Ghazeer PGM is kept appraised of GWES/CPF/Operations interfaces and evolving issues.

المهارات المطلوبة

Minimum 8 years of experience in oil and gas  capital project execution
Only Open for Omani nationals
Experience in delivery management & Project Engineering
Experience of managing and influencing Global EPC Contractors
