Job Description

Job Title:Civil & Facilities Management Supervisor,Department:NGLE Operation,Job Purpose:Provides technical engineering expertise and support maintenance team pertaining to Civil & Facilities fo Rotating and static Equipment's Maintenance across NGLE designated sites and all related operations, under Manager Maintenance as Technical Service provider of maintenance and execution of minor projects, modifications in accordance with the technical standards set by TSD to maintain the assets; through the (1) Supervise civil & facilitates for rotating and static Equipment's including the Procedures and Standards, (procedures on Safety and Quality Control, within the man-hour and cost budgets and the project schedule targets), (2) carry out studies and analyse chronic maintenance problems and propose reliable solutions, and (3) reviewing and keeping updated the preventive and corrective maintenance plans for civil and facilities; in order to support maintenance function to meet cost-effective, timely and efficient manner Supervisor Civil & Facilities Management position will act in accordance with NGLE' values & strategies, approved HR policies & procedures, technology platform, HSE standards, Omani's government & other legal justification's, and best HR international practices in consonance with national objectives.,Roles and Responsibilities:Main Deliverables  Implement maintenance business plan to deliver maintenance services to achieve O&M Plan for year with targets for availability, reliability and cost  Manage Maintenance budget (aligned with Operations and O&M Plan) for routine operations and planned turnaround  Monitor and control Maintenance OPEX and CAPEX costs against Budget according to set Finance guidelines and standards  Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities  Responsible for maintenance and reliability performance  Deliver highest availability and reliability of Facilities through RCM methodology and optimum use of resources to provide appropriate PM or CM maintenance to all equipment and assets to specified targets  Manage performance of direct and indirect reports including but not necessarily limited to definition of resource requirements, recruiting, training and talent development in accordance with corporate human capital processes and systems; to ensure competent, qualified and highly motivated staff  Regularly review effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance processes and procedures to ensure currency and compliance with standards, codes, protocols, best industry practices, and legislative requirements

Skills Required

Knowledge & Experience:  Minimum Qualifications for this position is University degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering or is desirable.  10 Years of overall experience. Minimum years relevant of experience is 5 years in a similar role.  Experience leading a team of maintenance professionals, preferably in the oil & Gas industry  Proven ability to lead motivates, select and train personnel.  Capability to develop, implement and drive training plans  Strong working knowledge in maintenance of Rotating and static Machines, PLC's, and related systems  Proven technical understanding of production equipment and engineering requirements and their maintenance Skills:  Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing  Knowledge of MS word, excel applications and aptitude for using accounting packages (including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project).  Self-Motivated, dependable and initiative.  Highly developed language skills in written and spoken Arabic & English.
