Job Description

Job Title:Senior Reliability Conditioning Manager,Department:NGLE Operations,Job Purpose:Provides engineering robust & proactive maintenance strategy /expertise pertaining to Reliability & Conditioning Monitoring works under Manager Maintenance scope's, as Technical Service provider of maintenance and execution of reliability programs under Company's guidelines to maintain the assets; through (1) Development proactive maintenance programs, (2) Recommend applicable & cost effective predictive technologies, and (3) implement a sustainable and structure maintenance improvement processes based on reliability techniques, in order to optimize of equipment reliability and to reduce overall maintenance/operating cost while improving the availability of assets and ensure the sustainability of Company Reliability Management program as per Company guidelines In order to achieve Company Reliability target. Engineer SAP Support position will act in accordance with NGLEs' values & strategies, policies, guidelines, technology platform, HSE standards, Omani's government & other legal justification's, and best international practices in consonance with national objectives and Ethics standards.,Roles and Responsibilities:Deliverables  Follow and comply with the Company Safety Rules as per the Company safety guidelines.  Support on development of Company Reliability Management program.  Perform and involve in the development of Root Cause Analysis study in Regional area and recommend appropriate action to improve reliability.  Day to day activities liaise with Operation & Maintenance team in regional area for the quality control of Operation Daily Report.  Support and involve on Equipment Criticality Analysis Study.  Support and involve on Reliability Centered Maintenance study.  Perform Bad Actor identification program in 6 monthly.  Support and involve in the Reliability Centered Spares identification and liaise with inventory team to update in SAP.  RAM - Reliability Availability Maintainability calculation for all station under OGC  Supporting maintenance in identifying dominant failures and ensure proactive maintenance task are in place.  Carry out condition and performance monitoring of critical equipment in order to recommend optimum maintenance activities.  Assist in the design, planning, estimation, installation and commissioning of new plant changes, to improve reliability.  Participate in the development of criteria & evaluation of equipment, technical suppliers and technical maintenance service providers.  Update regularly the reliability database and provide monthly reports.

Skills Required

Knowledge Experience & Qualifications:  Minimum Qualifications for this position is a University (Bachelor) degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar  Total overall experience 10 Years. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar role as a Senior Engineer SAP Support within the Oil & Gas industry.  Full Skill in Excel Software and MS Word, additional value if know how to use Microsoft Access.  Know how to calculate Bearing lifetime  Know how to calculate MTBF and MTTR  Familiar with Continuous Distribution Such as Exponential, Normal and Weibull Distribution.  Awareness of Reliability Centred Maintenance Study.  Awareness of Equipment Criticality Analysis Study.  Awareness of Root Cause Analysis Study Skills:  Acute Observation / Inspection skills  Accurate Reporting skills  Effective planning and organizing skills  Proficient at interpreting Technical Drawings  Effective Communication skills  Problem Solving Skills  Proficient at interpreting Technical Drawings Technical Competencies:  Utilize in-depth understanding of emotional resistance, risk management, communication, strategy, commercial judgement and finance, decision making and driving for excellence to make a positive, strategic impact in organizational operations. Manage well under time crises while maintaining strong integrity and ethics.  Benchmark reliability against industry leaders, define the discrete costs to be used when calculating LCCA, and establish mitigation steps re-aligning functional objectives and lead teams in developing functional objectives.  Apply appropriate reliability tools to analyse maintainability (FMECA, FTA) and develop and implement mechanical handling strategies for facilities and develop/review standards applications with reference to industry codes, standards.  Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies employed to maintain integrity of stored equipment as well as commissioned equipment waiting for start-up, Lead the spares selection process for basic and complex equipment and basic facility applications.  Define the application of 'run to failure,' 'preventive,' and 'predictive' maintenance strategies, and define RBI & RCM parameters for pressure vessels, piping and storage vessels using Corrosion Control Documents (CCD) and Integrity Operating Windows (IOW).  Analyse proposed tasks to determine applicability and effectiveness, provide background data for use in RCM analysis, provide input, under supervision, to system models, assess spares and “on-site” stock holdings for simple equipment applications  Describe the principles and instrumentation requirements for continuous operations, a process used to establish and document a standardized set of surveillance duties and readings from all critical structures, equipment, and protective devices to ensure they operate properly.
