Job Description

• Manage a high risk, high complexity ERP assessment project.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans
• Business process customization. Document existing (“as is”) business processes, and propose improvements to align with management’s strategy (“future state”).
• Business analysis. Document how the current ERP system interacts with the business processes (current and future), and make recommendations to improve productivity (volume) and efficiency (speed).
• End to End reporting, analytics and EPM. Define requirements for reporting, planning and analysis. Design and build reports to provide the information required.
• Data governance. Ensure that all relevant existing data is identified, captured and migrated. Develop protocols and controls to ensure that future data is recorded completely and accurately.
• 360 degree communication with the Project sponsor / steering committee, the ERP ISTT Project Manager and the ERP Change & Communications Manager, external consultants, ERP providers, etc.
• Provide leadership to all Business Units and Functions affected by the project.
• Establish and oversee effective issue resolution, change control, and risk management processes
• Lead and facilitate meetings and discussions to elicit business requirements to define and deliver system solutions
• Provide flexible and collaborative work approach to solve complex problems meeting customer specific requirements
• Manage compilation of schedule, status, and metric updates at project and team levels; Report appropriately to all levels of governance
• Gather requirements from business users and IT professionals
• Work closely with CCED management to ensure adequate allocation of resources to the project
• Drive project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation
• Manages project deliverables, scope & expectations

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer/software/information/data sciences/ finance and accounting.
• 12-15 years’ progressive experience in implementation of large-scale complex ERP software projects for diverse business domains.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Projects, EAM, HR and Payroll functions.
• Techno Functional expert with understanding of accounting and cross functional business processes and flows of leading ERP System.
• Demonstrated hands-on skills and experience in functional configurations and technical side developments of ERP system.
• Direct leadership of cross-functional IT teams responsible for delivery of software projects, implementation, support, and administration.
• Experience with PMP or agile IT implementation methodologies for delivery and management of projects.
• Experience with implementation of ITIL processes and SLAs for efficient delivery of IT support services.
• Understanding of complete solution within the context of an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy.
• Good knowledge of enterprise analytical and performance management systems.
• Well-developed planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision.
• Able to allocate the correct resources to each project phase and monitor their performance.
• Handling change management with efficient planning and methodologies
