Job Description

Major: Fresh graduates and postgraduates and holding BSc. or equivalent higher degree in the sciences or engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities, job Activities:
  • Supports wellsite supervision in the safe and compliant execution of drilling and well construction activities in line with ARA standards.
  • Assists in HSSE implementation, contractor coordination, and control of work monitoring at the wellsite.
  • Supports daily well operations, reporting, planning, and cost tracking under supervision.
  • Participates in wellsite verification, risk identification, and lessons learned activities.
  • Learns and applies well control, well integrity, and equipment safety principles during operations.

  • Data Collection & Reporting Skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem solving attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
