Job Description

1. Responsible for facilitating strategy planning, communication mission, vision and objectives with all stakeholders, coordination development initiative and monitoring PCD performance against PDO's objectives. 2. To ensure effective planning and management of HR projects, and ensure sufficient support is provided to enable external stakeholders to implement the recommendations. 3. Liaise with the appropriate Project Manager (different project related to people processes) for any schedule variance not previously identified and any concerns with the schedule management, project's programme, time impact analysis and/or recovery plans, enabling HR to achieve the project objective

1. Degree in HR, Business Administration or any relevant qualification. 2. MBA an advantage. 3. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in program/project management, portfolio management, systems development methodology 4. Lead a geographically distributed team 5. Manage and deploy initiatives by influence 6. Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions and demos 7. 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience 8. 3-5 years of program/project management experience 9. 3-5 years of equivalent leadership experience 10. Minimum 10 years overall experience
