Education & Experience Required
To implement and deliver the Skill Pool strategy and ensure the function/discpline are staffed with the right capability for both current and future business needs. This position also leads, facilitates and implements key HR processes, ensuring full compliances to them and conducts staff engagements and co-champion with HRBPs on staffs' issues.
Other Job Details
Degree in an â€˜specific' discipline and a minimum of 10 years EP experience including, front line supervisory and management experience, programming and planning, risk and assurance management, life cycle activity management, project experience, managing change, business improvement and global involvement.
Ability to interface and network effectively within the discipline and with other disciplines across a wide range of organizational boundaries (production line, maintenance function, PT, Smartfields, engineering, corporate planning, HSE, well services, HR, change management, Shell, etc).
Effective communicator and change management facilitator, with the ability to communicate subject area to a wide variety of stakeholder.
