Role Purpose:
Conduct and ensure the establishment and enforcement of quality assurance standards for software development, oversee testing methodologies, change control processes and internal audits to assure software quality and system performance while monitoring compliance with adapted standards and promoting best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning:
• Support in the development, establishment, and enforcement of quality assurance (QA) measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their lifecycles
• Ensure that software quality measures comply with regulatory standards, industry standards, and accepted best practices
• Create methodologies and processes for data collection and analysis to ensure software, systems and product quality
• Support the analysis of formal test results to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues and interoperability flaws
• Assist in analysis, documentation and technical specifications for new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality
• Develop change control processes, practices and guidelines for new and existing technologies
• Operational Management:
• Apply established metrics to determine the readiness, quality and operability of software, systems, and products due for release to clients and/or within the enterprise
• Conduct internal audits to measure and assure adherence to established QA standards for software development, application integration, information system performance and corresponding documentation
• Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of QA best practices and monitor IT compliance to adapted standards such as ITIL, ISO, etc.

• Stay updated on ever-changing regulations, Information Management and Technology, OLNG businesses and their requirements
Qualifications, Experience and Working Conditions:
• Graduate Degree in Information Management and Technology or related field.
• Professional certification in project management or IT governance.
• 3 years of experience in security assurance or related fields.
• Experience in oil and gas sector.
Work Conditions:
Office based role with 5 workdays a week (Sunday to Thursday).
